Working out daily

I am trying to so hard to get back into the swing of working out again. My weight has gone from 203 lbs to 212 lbs and it’s frustrating but I am only frustrated with myself.

What I need is an online support system, or even just a work out buddy. I need someone who is not going to let me side step out of my daily workout. Someone who is going to force me to workout, much like that of Jillian Michaels . I need a workout motivator, someone who will keep me held accountable.

Clearly I am unable to hold my own self accountable these days for working out … how do you keep up with your workout routine? I need tips, help and a workout buddy please!

  2. Boy, tough question. How to hold yourself accountable. It’s so easy to slip. For example, I do love working out – but last year I concentrated so much on running that I don’t think I pushed myself enough with building muscle. The result was I ended up a little uneven – my right upper body dominating my left and my left leg dominating my right. So I started taking weekly progress pictures and sharing on Facebook and theMomBuzz. Even though not everyone comments on the pictures, they usually talk to me about fitness and progress IRL. And that is enough to keep me really concentrating, because they know what I have achieved and I sure don’t want to go backwards with this little group watching me. So just keep doing that – post your progress and think about how good it feels!
