Here is my video blog update regarding what I feel everyone can reap from doing a daily workout routine or exercise routine. For me, working out daily has three rewards and in this vlog I share them with you all.

Get up. Get Moving. Get that heart beating and get healthier today!

    I agree that exercise is good for you as well as your kids because kids learn by examples. For instance tomorrow I am picking up an stationary bike and my 9 yr old son is already asking if he is able to use it and of course I said yes. I try to exercise a few times a week but I need to do more for sure.

    Hey – you’re a busy mom, so you have to make things like that work for you. If you get in a workout AND you come up with a blog post idea – bonus!

    lol, I had to laugh — my dd’s ‘endowed’ and we have to always shop for better sports bras and she hates it! (I’m not quite as, uhm, blessed as she is, but I still have that problem when I run if I’m not strapped in properly.) I’m with you, the energy from working out is such a refresher! Love it, one big reason I work out 5-6 days a week.
