November is not only National Peanut Butter Lover’s month and National Child Safety Protection month but it is also the month of Sleeping Comfortable. You see someone around the world knows just how to celebrate the month of Thanksgiving; give thanks for child safety, peanut butter and sleeping comfortably. What more do you need in life?
As a way to share my new found love of sleeping comfortable I thought I would tell you a bit about my Sleep Number Bed. No people, I didn’t purchase this bed and I didn’t receive one for free to review on site, rather my Mom gave me her older Sleep Number Bed as she had no use for it any longer. I was curious what my “number” was going to be and after a month or so of sleeping in my Sleep Number Bed I found out my “number” is the number 65.
On my Sleep Number Bed they say you should have the number set to ensure that the bed is molded around your body, so you are sleeping in a perfect position with spine and neck aligned just right. With the number 50 I felt
soft and it felt comfortable to fall asleep on but after a few days of testing this number 50 out I found I was waking up with major back pain, as I was with my older regular mattress. Next I decided to follow the steps to ensure the bed was molding correctly around my body which put me at the number 65.
I have now been using the Sleep Number Bed set at 65 for around 6-8 weeks and found that my body feels so much better in the morning than it did on my old regular bed. I also found I wake up feeling more refreshed and ready to move forward in my day at the office after dropping kids to school.
