Heading Into Week 4 With @Nutrisystem #NSnation

I was starting to get worried because in the first two weeks on Nutrisystem I lost 5lbs yet the weight was coming off slower in the third week, however, I am now down 9lbs total in 3 weeks on the Nutrisystem Program. I am so excited. Of course I still struggle with the excess belly fat and plan to figure out a routine to get that out of the way but my arms and legs are slowly losing some fat and although my belly “seems” big to me, I can notice a difference, can you?

I know the dates are off, but still, I can’t get another pic right now been out of my mind crazy busy getting ready to leave for Type-A Parent Conference. I will say the tummy looks the same and everything “appears” the same in a camera view but when I look in the mirror I do see my double chin or what I call “had a few babies chin” is disappearing.

Pros of Nutrisystem

  • Already proportioned foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with desserts/snacks.
  • Great selection for any picky or non-picky eater.
  • Microwave food … need I say more? Well if you don’t like microwave you can cook in oven instead, instructions included.
  • I LOVE PIZZA and they have PIZZA …. enough said!

Some Issues I am Having

I am starting to have a hard time with breakfast meals with Nutrisystem. Don’t get me wrong the selections rock but I personally would rather have a sunny side up fried egg on whole wheat english muffin wrapped up like a breakfast sandwich with a tiny bit of shredded nonfat cheese lately. Breakfast has been my downfall.

Although, I make breakfast smart if I don’t eat Nutrisystem breakfast food I do the whole wheat bread or english muffins and one egg versus the two eggs I would normally eat. Seriously, I was eating a few days a week; 2 egg and cheese sandwiches on white english muffins with one piece of my normal American cheese.

So … my struggles are there, but I keep moving forward and have stuck to lunches and dinners best I can and plan to focus on breakfast foods because Nutrisystem does have awesome choices and since I have run out of frozen breakfast choices I have had a hard time, the omelets rocked!

Down 9lbs in 2 weeks and 6 days on Nutrisystem – ROCKING IT!

  1. NutriSystem breakfasts are very difficult. They are for me too! I am so used to like 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and whole wheat bread or a stack of pancakes. Honestly, the NutriSystem eggs are gross. I’m sorry, that is my opinion. I hope they improve the taste of them.

But even without their breakfast you are losing weight and looking wonderful!! Congrats!
