  1. It’s amazing how quick someone’s energy can drain someone elses — especially if you are close to them. When my husband is in a bad mood, it puts me in a bad mood (and vice versa). Then there are those type of friends who always are upset or freaking about one thing or another and every event in their life is drama and chaos. It’s best to separate yourself from those type, as you’ll eventually be drama or chaos, too! I think it’s very important to surround yourself with the type of people you strive to be.
