It is official I am test driving Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse this month and I am excited to tell you that I will share my journey in one blog post in the next couple of weeks! I started using Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse last week.
For starters I want to share with you what my oral health practices were prior to this test drive campaign. First I brush my teeth two times a day with my children to encourage healthy teeth brushing habits, children learn by seeing. I am horrible about flossing, barely ever do it and when I go to the dentist they always can tell I haven’t been flossing regularly and I do get a little lecture on that. Overall my dentist appointments go rather well. Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years I did end up with two cavities, but they only worked on one of them as the other one is just starting up.
When it comes to mouth wash or rinse I barely use it because it either tastes too sugary or burns from the alcohol in it, either way it leaves me with an unpleasant feeling in my mouth and I haven’t rinsed with mouth wash in a long time because of that.
Basically right now I brush my teeth two times per day and that’s that. Let’s see how well I do using Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse during this test drive and how clean my mouth feels afterward. I will let you know soon how this all goes along!
Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a test drive campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Crest and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.
