I used to do my work outs daily but then my left leg decided to start giving me a hard time, because I was doing some extreme workouts and my left leg is something from pregnancies I believe. Eventually I hope to get in to be seen but for now I do my best to stay fit doing the most exercising I can and being sure I stay active this Summer season in NH.
I loved doing a daily workout because it makes my day go by so much better, working out daily increases your mood and energy levels. Dealing with three children all day long ages 7, 3 and 1 means you need to have something that helps you with an extra energy boost! I have heard great things about the turbo jam workouts and similar products but I personally have not had the extra funds to test them out.
At this moment in time I simply am trying to make sure I get out and walk with my kids, run in the backyard and if it’s too hot of a day I go swimming for a few hours with the munchkins. It’s a workout simply lifting them up and down in the water. My youngest two children can’t swim much on their own, they try their best, but usually it’s me who does all the lifting and carrying around in the pool at my Dad’s house.
So I say whatever it is you enjoy doing for a daily exercise or workout routine, keep it up! Exercising daily really helps me to stay focused, motivated and full of energy to raise these three little munchkins!
