Welcome to my post about e.p.t Moment You Knew blog tour! Today I get to not only share with you my personal story of how it went down when I first found out I was pregnant with my first born child but also hear a bit more about what e.p.t is up to. Since e.p.t was the only pregnancy test I trusted with all three pregnancies, I knew this blog tour from Mom Central was something I must take part in! I received a cute little keepsake pocket just like picture above, which you will see a semi-blurry picture of me holding mine in my home after I opened the mail.
For Starters – My Moment I Knew Story
I remember when I first took the e.p.t test at an apartment downtown that was rented by my daughter’s father and me. I opened up the e.p.t test and sat in the small bathroom we had when all of a sudden, before I knew it the test went from blank to a positive! I had so many mixed emotions, of course first I was super excited but then I didn’t know how to tell Ki’s Dad so I called my father first. Yeah, my Dad was the first to know about my pregnancy and I may have even told another person before I even had the nerves to tell Ki’s father. Of course that didn’t go down too well, Ki’s dad was disappointed that he wasn’t the first to know, well besides me of course.
I still to this day have the pregnancy test I took over 8 years ago saved away in a little box, but now with the new e.p.t. keepsake case I have a new place to store it away from everything else and am so happy to have an e.p.t keepsake case for this special memory.
What’s Your Moment You Knew Story?
Do you have special moment you knew story to share? Maybe you have some weird things you kept of your children in the past? I know when my children’s umbilical cord fell off I was asked if I kept it, and I didn’t but many have. I also have heard of people keeping some other weird things. It’s funny what we keep as parents for “memories”. I hope you will share some of your stories below in the comments section.
