As you all know I am a home owner and with that comes way more responsibilities than I ever wished I had taken on alone. Yeah I had a man in the house at one point in time but we never had the funds to do any extra things such as replacing the old windows that not only suck because they have to be held up with a piece of wood but they are not as energy efficient as brands of windows such as Penguin Windows. There are so many reasons to get your old windows replaced:

• No drafts of cold air coming into home making children sick with colds and coughs.
• Spend less money on fuel to heat your house every year.
• Usually they are weighted in such a way that you don’t have to use a piece of wood (or a hard cover book) to keep them held up for fresh air in Summer time.
• In some cases you can get a tax deduction for making your house more energy efficient.

There are so many positive reasons to replace your current windows, if they are older like mine, but the one reason that stands out the most to me is being able to not feel a slight draft in the Winter time when you know that heat you just turned on is going right out the windows, literally!
