I have been having a really hard time sleeping and when I do finally lay down to bed about 2 in the morning I find that my head isn’t comfortable. I have thought about getting an orthopedic pillow for use as possible back pain treatment. Carrying around the two boys certainly creates for intense back pain which is causing sleep problems with me, and the pain in my back is keeping me from a good nights sleep!
Another problem I see in the house is that my daughter often complains of neck pain and I have thought about a neck pain pillow for her, but who knows if they are good for her age group?! Whatever we can do as a family to make each person and child comfortable in their own bed to sleep through the night and get a well rested night sleep I am game for trying! Lack of sleep causes memory issues, mood problems and of course it can assist in weight gain because your body is not sleeping long enough to burn calories or anything!
I find that even if I lay in bed with my eyes bright red, burning so exhausted I still can not get comfortable enough to get to sleep and usually when I finally fall asleep one of the three kids are waking Mama up! It never fails.
What do you do for a good night sleep? Products, exercises, relaxation methods? Looking for any tips!

I go to bed around 11 and I listen to the tv. I find it takes my mind off stress and eventually I doze off. I use a nice, soft feather pillow that my head sinks down into, and a “cuddle pillow” to grip by my side. I can strangle it if I’ve had a bad day, or gently hug it if I am content.
I feel your pain! I finally went to a chiropractor and she really helps. Turns out I have no natural curve left in my neck. The neck pillow I bought is too big, so I just roll up a hand towel and use that. Good luck!
At least I can blame being overweight on my lack of sleep…LOL! The only advice I have (which I am very bad about following myself BTW) is go to bed at the same time every night. I am interested to see other people’s tips though because I have the same problems.
