I have been working hard at losing that extra weight from having my three babies. My main area of losing weight has been a focus on changing my eating habits, such as when I get hungry at midnight while I am up late working I have a bottle of water to curb that hunger. Funny how a little 16oz bottle of water can curb those hunger pains.
I have seen a lot of weight loss programs that tell you in order to lose weight you must combine diet, exercise and nutrition in order to lose the weight in a healthy way and maintain that weight going forward in your life. When I researched various ways to lose weight I found it very temping to want to just take some “quick way” out but honestly without changing my whole eating and exercise routine I would be back at square one in no time. So as I work towards my fitness goals I am combining my Wii Fit & EA Sports Active exercise plans with a new diet plan. Here’s to a New Year and a NEW ME!

Losing weight and keeping it off requires one to change not only one’s east habits but also one’s lifestyle. Many people are looking for quick fix and yes they may be able to lose the weight they want to but they may find it challenging to maintain their weight after that if they continue their eating spree and unhealthy living.

I’d love to have a Wii Fit! Make sure to keep u updated on your progress!!
The “quick way” would be so amazing, but it’s just that a quick fix and once you go off it you will gain it all back and then some (at least from my experience!)
Keep at it, after a month or so it just becomes the “norm” again. If I eat something greasy I feel absolutely awful afterwards, so now I pick and choose if it’s really worth it!

Good luck in your weight loss journey. Last year I managed to lose 35 pounds combining healthier eating, cutting out soda, and walking the treadmill 3 times a week. Funny how it seems to take so much longer to lose it than it did to gain it.
I’ve fallen off the wagon and need to get back on track. Thanks for inspiring me to rebound.
