My daughter and I went to see The Princess and the Frog as our girls night out movie one day a while back and I wrote a blog post about my thoughts on that movie shortly thereafter. When I was approached by The BlogRollers Media to review a new product that had The Princess and the Frog all over it, you know I just had to test it out! Today I am sharing with you a great product I tested, well my children tested, Carol’s Daughter A Magical Beauty Collection.
About Carol’s Daughter
Carol’s Daughter is a line of genuinely natural beauty products for the hair, skin, and body created by Lisa Price and named after her mother Carol. Founded in her Brooklyn, NY kitchen Price’s concoctions have become staples on the shelves of celebrity bathrooms of which grabbed the attention of company partners Will & Jada Pinkett Smith, Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige. Nature, family and love are words that resonate with Carol’s Daughter and each product carries a unique story that describes the familiar manner in which it was born. Even after 16 years of success and expansion, Carol’s Daughter continues to deliver the highest quality products all the while carrying a treasure trove of family secrets ready to be experienced by its valued consumers.
In My Opinion
My daughter enjoyed using Carol’s Daughter The Princess and the Frog Shampoo and Conditioner. My sons were able to use Carol’s Daughter The Princess and the Frog bubble bath and it actually helped me with my 3 year old because normally it’s a battle to get him in the bathtub but when I told him he could use The Princess and the Frog bubble bath he would run as fast as he could into that bathroom!
The products worked well and made my children’s hair and skin feel very smooth. The conditioner tells you to comb it through your wet hair for best use, which is something I haven’t seen in any conditioners before, but then again I don’t normally read the children’s conditioner labels. My daughter’s hair is very long and thin, when I tried to comb through the conditioner it simply was not happening, but her hair when dried was easier to comb through using Carol’s Daughter The Princess and the Frog conditioner and she was happy with the product.
