Today I am going to take part in a weekly meme hosted by a Twitter friend of mine, @GaribaySoup, called Just a Motivating Monday. Click the image to the right to see more posts linked up under this meme after reading my full post!
I am suppose to write a blog post about anything at all that inspires me or something that I feel will inspire others. This is a great weekly meme for me to participate in as I am going through some huge changes that are making my mind spin and this will help me and hopefully you as well start with a positive thought for the week!
My inspiration comes within, I know that I am capable of certain tasks and I know that every move I make is being watched by my three children. Yes at age 1, 3 and 7 they are watching me and taking in how Mommy handles situations, crisis and stress. How I decide to handle life situations is going to be learned behavior in my children as they grow older and I want to ensure they are being shown how to handle emotions in a healthy, non-aggressive way.
My inspiration comes from my positive quotes I have placed around me. One says “Some succeed because they are destined; others succeed because they are determined” another quote I have on a wall plaque is “DETERMINATION: What the mind of a person can conceive and believe, it can achieve”. I am a firm believer that creating a positive family environment and work at home environment will help keep your spirits high and motivate you towards a positive day!
If you don’t have positive quotes for inspiration around you in your home and office then maybe you should search Google for some positive, uplifting quotes and print them out. Make a collage if you must and place it in a spot that you will see often. These positive, inspirational quotes have allowed me to start my day with a smile and I hope they will for you too!

Brandy, I LOVE those quotes. I don’t think that a lot of people realize how influential quotes can be when you surround yourself with them.
That’s one awesome thing about the vinyl wall art. My bed faces my window and above my window I put some wall art that says, Dream on Dream on Dream Until Your Dreams Come True. I see that EVERY morning I open my eyes… and I know to start my day dreaming so I can start achieving.
I admire you for staying strong and positive. What you are going through can’t be easy, but you are making choices that you know are important… not only for you, your children, but most importantly your marriage.
