Mobile Marketing

As technology advances there is often times when I come across another way to advertise. Today I ran across a mobile marketing website and think it sounds pretty interesting. Why not advertise your business via SMS text messages? I am not sure the exact number but many people are now using cell phones instead of house ph0nes as a way of connecting with clients, prospects, friends and family. Mobile marketing simply makes sense as a new way to get your business seen.

During the presidential campaign they used mobile marketing to get the word out about advances in the campaign, and it worked! As a business owner myself I would think about participating  in mobile advertising because it’s a great way to reach prospects directly, rather than wasting marketing efforts in an ad that is placed somewhere in the World Wide Web in hopes that the ad is placed on top of the site to ensure maximum exposure. Mobile marketing just may be the new way to connect with your target audience! What do you think?
