Today is day 15 of my EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge!!! I took two rest days yesterday and the day before. Today I did a medium intensity workout but my heart couldn’t handle the running, so I skipped the medium and long running sessions which took my calories to be burned lower than expected. Not sure you read this but my blood pressure was 140/100 or something like that .. I believe the higher number is above the lower number, right? Basically those are the two numbers and to be honest with you ever since I have had my boys it’s been a fight with high blood pressure. Prior to having my two sons I had what doctors told me to be the blood pressure of an athlete so hopefully exercising, paying attention to what I eat and increasing my water consumption will help alleviate this high blood pressure issue!
Today I burned a good amount of calories, I felt the burn and my legs couldn’t handle the holding squats .. seriously I have to hold a squat position for 30 seconds … yeah right! My thighs are not super strong and they give out on me FAST so I admit I cheated my way through the two sessions of holding squats in place for 30 seconds … I lasted for about 10 seconds .. sad I know, but hey at least I am admitting that I cheated on that part of my workout
So today is Day 15 and I am looking forward to measuring my inches this weekend as well as stepping on the scale to report inches and weight lost if any!
