I read this: “Pumping breast milk (i.e. the “pump and dump” method) does not eliminate alcohol from the breast milk.” I guess it makes sense, I just never really thought about it. I do it mostly to relieve the pressure, but assumed that it may help speed up the reduction of alcohol in my milk supply.

Can I just say I am happy that this product exists? I am 9 months pregnant, and my husband and I have been saving a bottle of wine now for a long time. I can’t wait to have a glass, along with Milkscreen.
