Ok so it’s the same pants I could fit into about three weeks ago, but I can fit into them again! For some reason, probably the fact that I attempted to quit smoking {well I still am not smoking, but fell off the band wagon a couple times this passed week}, I gained 14lbs. Yay – why did I quit? Oh yeah to be healthier, happier and FATTER.
The good news is my EA Sports Active and my Wii Fit are here to save the day! Not only can I wear my jeans again, but I am ready to go shopping, which honestly is something I could have cared less to do because why would I want to look at “this body” in that BIG store mirror looking at a tag of a size 14 thinking gosh, can’t they make a 14 1/2 so I don’t have to go get that size 16?!
Well no matter what size pants I am currently in, yes I do have a size medium if they are not jeans and a size 14 or sometimes 16 depending upon the brand but this is me, and as long as I am exercising daily again, eating a bit healthier and thanks to Jenn and Julie drinking more crystal light versus Mt Dew or other high calorie drinks I am getting fit and I am feeling happier!

I must admit I have been MIA lately but hope to get back into that forum because everytime I stop by and read up on the latest posts, I realize how truly supportive the men and woman are in this group of #wiimoms {and Dad’s}.

Way to go Brandy! I am a size 14 teetering on 16, too. Oh how I long to fit in a size 12 again!
I was bad this week with no workouts, but I have been packing up a house which is a workout in itself!

I love when I can put a pair of pants on that I could not put on the week before and they fit. That is the most awesome feeling in the world.
Glad your clothes are feeling looser! Keep up the good work exercising and eating healthy…and congrats on quitting smoking!

I thought about you last night when I lit up my first smoke in ages and cried in a corner. I thought about your quitting post. I don’t smoke unless I’m hammered but I’m so stressed I had to do something. My 4 YO smelled it on me when I got home and called me out. I want to know how he knows what it smells like, considering no one I know smokes lol!
