I found myself and my family so crazy busy this week that I didn’t get into the Wii Fit at all. GUILTY! I did, however, get working out. I have been using the Flexxation Exxtasy Thru Exercise DVD and must admit it’s been a quick way for me to get a workout.
My personal weight loss goal is -40-50lbs. I must not be shy so here are my current stats: 180lbs, 5’6″, and I fear that 10lbs are hanging in my chest area {but that’s another story we won’t get into}. I was always 120lbs in high school, then all of a sudden I gained nearly 100lbs with my first born {someone should have told me we don’t eat for two when we are pregnant}, I lost most of it through breastfeeding and daily exercising but then had two boys in the past few years. Pregnancy and breastfeeding have certainly taken a toll on my body and now I am trying to find the motivation to “tone it up”.
Baby K is my last baby, hubs got fixed and I have no interest in having any more children. I honestly HATE being pregnant, but LOVE being a Mom. NOW I have a mini-support system of my own {three lil munchkins}.
I hope to get on the Wii Fit a bit more this week and work out. I also will be getting the EA Sports Active sometime after it’s release, so that will be another way for me to reach my fitness and weight loss goals!!

Wow awesome job on the losing of the baby weight…my oldest I too gained 80 pounds, unfortunately never lost it, he is 14 and I am still battling it. Have 2 other wee ones as well, 10 and 5, thankfully did not put on much with either of them, in fact “their” preggo weight I have deleted, now still battling the first peggo pounds and what I managed to do prior to being preggo.
You will do it, I know you will!

Any activity is better than none, it’s just great that you’re taking accountability and I’m super impressed at how candid you are. I feel like I’m reading about myself. I weighed 180 when I had my reduction (which we talked about) and I lost a quick ten there lol.
