I woke up on time today, yes ON TIME, can you believe it? Ki went out to the bus too early and was very cold by the time it came but she was so excited to be ready for the bus that she would not wait inside. I, too, was cold because I won’t allow her to wait outside by herself. We live on a very busy main highway, where speed limit is 50 MPH so you know I am not allowing my children to wait for a bus alone.

I was so excited yesterday to learn that Dwan had given me an award along with nine other fantastic woman. The award is called “When Life Hands You Lemons, Make Lemonade” and I am very honored to have received such reward so without further adieu;

I have decided to join @MamaHeartsBaby from Twitter in posting Monday Momisms, which is basically a Monday journal post of wisdom you wish to share with your children. It’s a wonderful idea and I am looking forward to posting my wisdom that someday my three children will read and pick on mom for writing such things. I am also looking forward to reading the other bloggers post on Monday Momisms.

As most of you are aware I am a college student, attending DeVry University online working towards my Bachelors in Business Administration and have been working on focusing more on my college work this semester. I am currently taking a Health & Nutrition course. I decided I will work on school work in the evenings after the children have been put to bed, so I logged in and you would not believe that my ebook would NOT download. I had to email the help desk and keeping my fingers crossed that they can figure it out soon or else I will be at risk for failing this course. I am certain the help desk at DeVry will be able to help me, it’s just a matter of how soon will they help me?!

I suppose I will leave you with this; have a successful Tuesday and no matter what life brings you remember to turn those lemons into lemonades!
